Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if something doesn't work out, we have a 21-day return policy, which means you'll have 21 days from the day your item was delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn/unused, condition and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt.

Upon approval of a return request, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return won't be approved for refund and will be mailed back to the sender.

Defects/Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
Please inspect your order upon receipt of the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.  If any part of your order is damaged please email testimonythreads@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item/s, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be approved for refund and will be mailed back to the sender.  Also we do not accept returns on "Final Sale" / "Clearance" items.

Restocking / Handling Fee
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking / handling fee, which would be deducted from your refund.  We do not refund the original shipping you paid on the order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved for refund, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at testimonythreads@gmail.com.
